I started to walk for exercise, I realized it was the best way to create a healthy heart, body and mind. Out in the fresh air away from the exhaust smoke. I set my goal, to climb to the top of Center Point Tower in Sydney - only 1503 steps.
The best thing is that the downward journey is by lift. Join me on my journey, the view from the top is aesthetically pleasing. Any takers?
