Advance Sunrise and Delayed Sunset || in Hindi for Class 10

In this Physics video for Class 10 in Hindi we explained why we see sunrise 2 minutes before the actual one and why we see sunset after the actual one. This phenomenon happens due to refraction of light in atmosphere.

You said that temperature decreases then gas density increases so therefore the uppermost layer of our atmosphere must be of more refractive index or more denser but you said that the inner atmospheric layer are more denser and they are optically raerer than the outside atmospheric layers but this contradicts the fact that you told earlier. Pls explain
