In addition to the information mentioned in the videos, let's also not overlook the huge monetary incentive that's involved for these fitness influencers to promote turkesterone as well. I'm being very generous in assuming that the supposed muscle building results being reported are what they genuinely believed happened as a direct result of the supplement, but there's no way to confirm that either. Yes, as mind blowing as this might sound, people often do exaggerate (or flat out lie) in the fitness industry when there's money involved. I'm not accusing any specific person of this, but it just is what it is. Make no mistake - a big name influencer with a large following will easily earn six figures just by promoting turkesterone supplements alone. That makes their anecdotal reports even less reliable since - even if they are trying to be honest about their experience - they'd have had a huge desire for the supplement to be effective prior to using it since they could then report on it and profit significantly. So even if they aren't flat out BS'ing, they'd likely be even more susceptible to placebo than the average user. And this doesn't even take into account the fact it's almost impossible to accurately track the bodybuilding results from one given fitness supplement in the first place. Muscle growth is far too slow a process, and placebo aside there are way too many confounding variables at play to know exactly what is causing what. Training, diet, sleep, stress, supplements, motivation levels, prior training/diet consistency etc... A slight shift in any one of these would completely skew the results, and no one can hold every variable constant, add in one supplement and then precisely track a possible few % change in muscle mass over the course of several months. Am I saying that turkestone is definitely ineffective? No. There's literally no human research to go on, so no one can say anything definite. But a rational person should guide their actions based on available evidence, and at this time there's just no good evidence to suggest that turkesterone does anything outside of placebo. Theoretical mechanisms on paper and anecdotal reports are not enough. If the evidence changes then I'll update my stance, but for now I highly suggest that you save your money and be extremely skeptical of the claims being made, especially when there's an affiliate code involved.
