I only eat cooked through salmon, My friend's dad got a parasite worm in his brain from undercooked salmon. it took a long time for them to diagnose him. Great video!!

"For all nerds out there" earned my follow 😂. I love being a private chef. I agree a lot of people think we have to be Michelin Star. But really we are giving great restaurant quality food convenient for the client in their comfortable environment. If your a chef, earn easy side money with your talent do private small parties, make a name for yourself

There is a pretty cool way to cook a fish fillet evenly with the belly on (since it’s thinner). After the belly is cooked, you put a slice of potato under it to lift it from the heat. I learned it from Ludo Lefebvre.

Adam- Would orzo work in the salad instead of the bulgar?
I like this meal; it's well-rounded nutritionally & looks wonderful.
I'm not a salmon lover but I'm sure preparing the other fish I like with your instructions will make them taste so much better. Thank you, Adam.
I love the taste of fried shallots, especially in a green bean & creamy mushroom casserole.

After watching a few of your videos, I bought some nice salmon at the store and did the quick brine plus the medium heat cooking. It was the juiciest, flakiest salmon I have ever cooked! 🫶
