The Story of Zenless Zone Zero So Far (Before You Play Version 1.2)

I've been really obsessed with the new Hoyoverse game Zenless Zone Zero, from its gameplay to its characters and even down to the vibes, I love everything about this game! With 1.1 out and Jane Doe being added to the game, I wanted to take a look at what the story has to say, from it's main story, to Agent Stories and even the new Special Episode Undercover R&B. From what I’ve seen and learned, the major themes of ZZZ are apparent from just what’s been given to us, and I want to dive into the question that I’ve been asking myself this entire time I’ve played this game that I’ve come to love:

Just finished Ch 4 and I LOVE where the story is going. Not gonna spoil anything. Just gonna drop that Phaeton siblings (+ Eous) are MOTIVATED

The Sacrifice, while also an ether base life form, is not an Etherial. Every body some how know that after just look at it.

so What confuse me is the time.
So the old Eridu (ground zero) is it the area there it all started? The hollow?

If so how of are the sibling?

Cause to build a whole huge city (new Eridu) in 20 years? (I know is possible, still shocking)

Not only that but I’m the outer ring they have a ceremony that allows the leader of a biker gang be leader that controls the routes and stuff…

Supposedly that ceremony has lasted for decades… all because of the hollows and ether corruption that happens in the past when first leader did a sacrifice


So are the hollows a old thing way before Ground zero (in old Eridu were the siblings lived)

Or is it something that originated at ground zero ( in irl Eridu… and seeing the sibling age, between 20 to 30 years ago )?
