No court is coming to save America. You're on your own. Vote and drag whoever you know to the voting booth.

Prosecutors can simply refile the six charges and specifically cite how the defendants violated their oaths of office. They have six months to refile. The judge practically invited prosecutors to do so.

They dismissed solicitation charges?? When they have him ON TAPE solicciting the Secretary of State? This should be appealed!

You have to ask how this Grifter keeps getting away with crimes, following that you need to just go out and Vote Blue to end this nonsense 😊

We must vote in numbers that make it clear this crap needs to stop. 💙

They left out the fact that the Judges decision states that the prosecution just has to clarify the charges and can re-file them.

After today's ruling, the main RICO part of the State of Georgia case against Trump and others remains intact. Trump’s phone call to Brad Raffensperger is remaining part of the case under the RICO charges. And while McAfee did set aside six charges, he stated that they can be refiled if they’re worded differently.

The important ruling today will be whether Fani Willis is disqualified from the case. We’re still waiting on that. But given that the judge just allowed the key components of Willis’ case to stand, it doesn’t look like he’s planning to remove her.

Donald Trump and others are still going to trial in Georgia, and Trump is likely to go to prison there, after he serves his time in New York's Rikers Island prison...

The guy was recorded on tape asking an official for more votes... what else do you need ?
Also... instead of talking about Willis' relationships... US really should investigate those between Trump & the Saudis when he was in office, receiving large amounts of money from them in exchange for favors (MBS sends his regards)

The president calls the election officials, threatens them with consequences, and says: “All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11, 780 votes, which is one more than we have, ”...And the judge says the obvious criminal conduct is dismissed...!!!...LOL....The American justice system has become a complete joke.

Sounds to me like the prosecutors dropped the ball with the indictments. They needed to be very specific. Just redo it properly and lock him up.

Donnie put Fanni's personal life on trial. Heck. I wasn't aware that Donnie had to approve of the DA's life... in order to prosecute him.

Relax not unusual in criminal cases. it actually could be a good thing as if the charges were weak, it gives less to appeal if convicted. Forget the courts beat him at the ballot and then send him to jail.

No ...please be very clear.... the judge felt the 6 dismissed charges were not clear enough -- so there will be a refiling of the charges in a more detailed and very specifically clear and concrete statements. The charges will then be refiled -- all of the other charges remain in tact. They will get it done !

I would hardly call getting 6 out of 41 charges tossed a “victory”

Prosecutors drew a line between acts and law, but they did it in pencil. *They only need to refile in ink* to refile for the very same charges. This will be done before the weekend. No biggie.

Is McAfee tossing a bone to the bad guys, so they won't scream so loud when he gives Fani Willis the green light?

Wow, That appears to be very painful for CNN.
