Mine is working very well and fully satisfied with it's performance

To get audio from it's full potential I recommend you to use at lest 12v 4amp power supply I'm using 18v 15amp

Everyone is talking about how it's probably been overvolted, or heatsink removed causing premature failure, but no one is going to talk about that half ass solder job on the power wire? cold solder joint causing tons of resistance buildup on the board right out of the gate. The negative terminal looks like it got hot enough, but that positive post is trash.
