I have done home testing and found that after 3 days of not smoking and drinking enough water to keep my urine on the clear side and urinating at least 3 times prior, I test negative. I use once per week. I take multi vitamins daily to keep the urine somewhat yellow. In my experience the more hydrated you are helps and urinating at least 3 times prior to testing keeps the sample diluted enough to test negative.

I just took a pre employment drug screen at the end of December, it was a DOT mirror test. Took me over 60 days to get below 15ng. I took many many at home tests. I took the test when i was over 90 days clean

Guys I’m 25 years old I’m 5 foot 9 inches tall. I weighed 124 when I quit. Yes I’m very underweight I know. I was a heavy smoker all day every day for years, I smoked flower at home and carried a dab pen when I went to work. I quit smoking and it took me 45 days to finally pass a drug test. After the 45 days I weighed 131 so I gained weight bc I was working out and finally started eating again after I quit smoking. Now I’m about to smoke a blunt and see how long it takes to pass a test again. I’m doing this for my own personal research purposes. I’ll let you know how many days it takes after just smoking one blunt.

If you need another real-world test “quitter” I volunteer. I’m older and use it (hemp-derived as I am in Texas) for medical purposes. I do not intend to quit permanently, because cannabis use is treating a real medical issue, but I am curious how long it would take to “test clean”

This is super interesting. I wonder if it has anything to do with age. I’m a 23 year old male who I consider to be a heavy user (everyday 1-2 times a day for the last 4 years) and I did use some tips from your videos such as exercise and plenty of water. I do consider myself over weight being 5’7 190lbs. and I also was able to test my self consistently. I was able to get a faint line of a negative test around day 10-11.

I still have a faint line for THC 94 days after second hand exposure. The urine test for THC is complete nonsense.

I’m 6’4 350 I dab 4-6 times a day I tried a 5 day liquid flush from high voltage and a double flush from high voltage I’m still testing positive. I’m taking a be clean herbal supplement from down to earth 3 hrs to drink 1 gal of water mixed with supplement. I got some non flush niacin but after research found it may be better to have flush niacin. I haven’t exercised besides working. Did one test before starting the herbal supplement and failed. Will update after herbal supplement. Need some advice on any tip or thing I can change in my regimen

This is great that you had two people to agree to volunteer. However, it would have been better to test their hair follicle as well
since that is greater concern for individuals with a CDL license. Just my thoughts.

I have a question. I have a test coming up for THC. Work related. I have quit completely and the day I take the test will be the 50th day without smoking. Can simply smelling marijuana reintroduce it into my system ? Not smoking just smelling it. Almost like a second hand smoke situation.

Hey Doc! I believe I have seen you recommend exploro tests before. Is there a reason these tests are any better than other brands? I pass every exploro urine test for thc as low as 20ng but I am failing primescreen tests at 15ng everytime i take them. I have even passed a lab test at 15ng that I payed for myself. i dont know who to believe!!!

Hey I was curious about a 5 ng/ml test. I’m a healthcare worker and the labcorp uses this threshold for THC testing in urine. I passed a at home test with 15 ng/ml with a very faint line. Do you think I’d pass a 5 ng/ml?
