I am 56 years old sitting in front of my computer and crying like a baby listening to this song. Every time I get a little emotional, I pop Dan on the turntable (yep, I have most of his albums on vinyl and CD) and and escape the realities of life for awhile. Miss you Dan!!

I first heard this one night about 3:00 AM listening to a station in Lexington Ky about 100 miles from my home in 1976. Never found it again until 1984 when a girl I knew had the album, put it on, and when I heard it I jumped out of bed and said "what is that?" I listened it nearly everyday since then. Great tune

This man "raised" me. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would have survived the '70's, 80's or 90's. I still think he should honoured in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He has come "Full Circle". Rest in Peace Dan.
