How Mikrotik Netinstall actually works

Re-uploaded due to needing some tweaks. Even so, I still seem to suck at video editing and if you have a keen eye you'll see where I didn't mask off some things which are technically "secret". Oh well, the price of helping the community.

This is a deep dive on *exactly* how the Mikrotik "Netinstall" tool works (on Windows), with an example of Netinstall failing on a Windows 11 device but working on Windows 10. The documentation and guidance from Mikrotik is very vague and provides "troubleshooting" tips like "Disable the Firewall" and "make sure your Layer-2 network is pristine". These are unhelpful and don't actually lead to diagnosing why Netinstall sometimes fails.
