Thanks for this! I didn't realize I needed to use the last port on my CCR 1009. The netinstall now works great for me!

Oh thanks man,
Honestly I feel like an idiot, turn off all firewalls, run the program as admin and it worked.

Seriously, thanks. I was getting quite annoyed that it wasn't working.
