1 What does a business coach do

What's a business coach, a business coach is someone who comes into the lives of a business owner to help them get their business to a place where it's supporting their life.
So at the level of the kind of businesses that I work with, usually in the space of 1 million to 5 million $6 million in revenue, the purpose of that business is to give the owner the life they want. And often, there's challenges that the business owners face and that prevents them from getting that those challenges are typically around Time, time or money. Time sounds like I've got too much to do and not enough time to do it or getting the right people on the team or you know, having enough sales and marketing going on in the business.
And so typically, the owners kind of struggling with one or all three of those kinds of things and looking for a way to move the business forward and have stuck kind of hoping to find a way that they can get some answers and in fact a bit of a guide someone that can point them in the right direction.
Often, you know, business owners feel like they're there 92 things they need to get done and they're get to a place where they don't know even where to start. So business owners, the one who provides a bit of clarity shows them a way forward acts as a trusted adviser, a guide, someone who can help them, you know, talk through their problems. as a as a business coach, I'm not there to tell you what to do.
I'm not a consultant, I don't do the work for you. I don't tell you what to do. But I help you figure out you know, what your what your options are, what the possibilities are, help you figure out possibilities that you might not be thinking about on your own.
And I do that by asking questions while helping you explore helping you think through things that you know inside your own head, it's hard to do. So a business coach is your the ultimate guide to help you Get your business to where it's supporting your life.
