And all depends where he’s at he can sign a contract, but the contract has to specifically states how he can get back the damages. It’s a little bit iffy. He can repossess the vehicle for the damages if the person agreed to it and it doesn’t seem unfair, but the state of that contract is kind of unusual so it could be ground for dismissal.
