They didnt do the call back to the Shuriken jutsu they used against Zabuza, but it do show naruto and sasuke throwing and thats why i prefer this movie scene over the anime episode

I like the movie version not only for the fact that they showed how Naruto uses a sword, but also for the way the speed and punches of the main characters are shown. They beat Momoshiki with ordinary taijutsu and destroy rocks at the same time, they move so fast that even the viewer cannot see them. Less chatter and more fighting, Momoshiki uses Rinnegan not just to blow up, he also controls gravity, uses chibaku tensei and can change the landscape.

Yeah. I'll always prefer the movie version of this fight as I saw it first (in theaters), being sync with the music and other reasons.
This version of Sasuke feels more powerful! Man doesn't even need a lightning boost. Naruto with some sword skills and they don't even need to talk.

btw, if you wonder why in boruto they changed Momoshiki final form design, it's because they wanted to fill the big whole plot shit with the karma nonsense power and stuff, so basically they changed the design bc Boruto its trash

I liked this form of Fused Momoshiki less, but the fight itself had a lot of moments i think were better than the other version of the fight. Cant find the theme, which is tragic
Also, that moment where Naruto catches Sasuke isnt helping with the "true lover" rumors 😭🙏

It also did the Kage justice with them actually participating
