i found that if you cant grab it, you can also get some more filament and push it through that hole

Please help! Got this for my lil future architect for Christmas, and we have a problem. A piece of PLA filament is stuck at the top of the tube. It's about 2 inches long and too far from the feeder but not long enough to have gone into the tubing on the inside of the machine. I can push it with another piece of filament it's like a traffic jam. What can I do? I kept breaking the filament as I tried to load it, we have yet to print anything. Thank you in advance for ANY assistance or suggestions. This is my first time every using a 3D printer.

Gotta problem where the printer wont print, when I start printing the auto00.g (something along those lines) file it does its triangle thing normally, but when the printer actually starts printing I hear a clicking noise and the printer wont print. Initially I had thought that the spool was to heavy for the filament to keep going, so I pulled a long string of filament and cut it. I tried again and alas! It worked. So I let it do its thing and somewhere along the lines the printer started clicking again. Is there any way to solve this?
