I hold BEPR and Splt and most of the pref's inside these funds

Nice to have options, buy PREF and SPLT. Nice knowing if you held long enough and have capital appreciation you can just set a nice safe SL and be happy knowing you can dump it when you need your emergency fund. Set your SL at break even after a few years and have access to your emergency fund immediately while earning a solid div the entire time. Even easier if reinvesting those divs obviously.

Passed by TSX on Tuesday, they welcomed JP Morgan Canada on their ETF listing of JEPI and JEPQ in Canadian dollars. Just sharing news one i have no opinion on either. Great video Adriano. No

Preferred shares change in price when there are economic contractions, if you need to hold cash and want no loss in that asset value then this is not what you want.

You definitely need to interview Quadravest if they want any chance for me, and many others, to consider investing with them again. I have lost all confidence with them because their natural orientation is to milk their fees and ignore their investor customers.
