What I can't understand is how it's possible that so many groups like Lleserafim, Seventeen, TXT, Enhypen, ILLIT and even the new international group Katseye are like family and respect each other but a new group like Newjeans can't fit in and can't be part of the family, the only thing that comes to my mind is that it's the former CEO's fault. They became famous very early and it must have gone to their heads, cause they want to be treated differently. Not even more famous and popular groups like BTS or Seventeen did something like that, on the contrary, they are HUMBLE. For me it was childish and unprofessional to ask such request even after all the trouble they caused😒 for me this was stupid and no agency will want to have something with them... Let me be honest.there are hundreds of newbies of newjeans who are debuting every year.when new jeans debuted, their promo was in hype official account . they gain fame as well as investment from hype to create high quality videos, stay in good accommodation, connections in the industry, a good place to rehearsal.if they started from zero they wouldn't be successful till now..Omo please nj leave with your mom start new company I don't want to see this drama anymore hybe is the reason i know these girls without them there is no different🤷... pretty sure these girls know the extent of their success and know that they would have been fine regardless if mhj was their ceo or not. Yet, they choose to fight against hybe because they feel unsafe and insecure about how the label would treat them after this. They could have been fine if they stayed silent but they didn't. Yes to some extent I believe that these girls were manipulated by mhj making them believe that without her their future is at risk but at the same time, despite being young, these girls have minds of their own and know how the public wants them to act so they know exactly how to save their careers despite the drama. So the fact that they went out of their way to speak out really gives me the impression that hybe really has no intentions of treating them well once this all this drama dies down. NewJeans is such a great group with great songs so I hope neither hybe nor mhj will ruin their bright futures ahead. At the end of the day, these girls did nothing wrong except stick to what they think is best for them. Its mhj and hybe's fault for letting it escalate like this. Whether they think this move is stupid or not, I hope bunnies would not drop them or stop supporting them cause I feel really bad for these girls

I don't think this is a good move. This could have been a good up rise for newjeans. Its better to stay and both of them compramise instead of leaving and completely declining. Newjeans should have waited for the future. Now hybe has given min a position as a producer instead of being kicked out. I don't want to say this but newjeans is asking for too much. This will affect their career very drastically. I am just worried about their dreams....

They won’t win this in court. Hybe had a right to abide by its business practices…managers, directors, CEOs, producers come and go; they have a case against MHJ and she has been dealt with legally - unlike her.

ADOR is the company that demoted MHJ, not Hybe. And what they did is legal.

There are always two sides to a story. Always!! These are young girls who are easily manipulated by MHJ. She successfully manipulated the press Corp into believing she was being mistreated. It turned out she was a calculative, cunning, greedy woman trying to steal from her company. New Jean had just ended their career really. If HYPE is so and mistreating their artists, BTS would not be where they are today and signed another contract. Why would HYPE mistreat their artists when they are spending $ to market, train, provide security during their travels, paid hotel and airfare etc... You must ask yourself why. These girls were manipulated by MHJ into fighting a battle she had lost with HYPE.

Each one of the members contracts has 5 years remaining and a buyout clause of @ $6 M USD, or so I've read. They can't just walk off into the sunset with an ex CEO.
There was nothing impromptu about the whinge fest on youtube hence the two week deadline. It's a legal set up for them to expand upon their "hardships and unfair treatment" as cause to break their contracts.
They've obviously been coached, indicated by a lot of "legal requirement" type wording.
