Hey there fitfrhome, I hope this comment finds you well. I have a doubt and I really hope you can answer this question for me, I trust you and your channel and know that you dont talk bs, and I want to know how I should train. By that I mean is that I feel comfortable training to failure and then moving onto a easier variation until I cant anymore, I watch video after video and look it up but everyone just talks with different opinions and experiences yapping their ass off. I just want to get straight to the point, Can I really train to absolute failure every time? I train to mechanical failure (the one when you can no longer perform a good form rep) and stretch to avoid any injuries, I am careful and do have a workout routine to balance my training. If I do use this training style 100% of the time can I expect any gains? (I train to be stronger and athletic, I dont care too much about size) and yes I do calisthenics. It would mean the world to me if you answered because once I know the truth and confirm that I can train the way that im happy and comfortable with I can finally start my fitness journey. (Please be clear with me and let me know how I should do it)
