its bad to teach without a disclaimer that if u force adjusting something just following some steps on internet gonna lead to u have a chance of making the person feel worse than before can't even move normally etc ....
maybe just a stretch that has some cracks along with doin it but no forcing to crack or a surprise move its a knowledge in itself...
