Biden's toast gets laughs at state dinner for Modi

US President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden hosted a State Dinner for India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During a toast Biden quipped that as they had no alcohol in their glasses, they should toast with their left hand.
