French Toast Sticks Recipe & Demo (Not Soggy!!)

Breakfast for Dinner is always a win! And NOTHING beats out french toast sticks in my opinion. Brioche bread is already on the sweet side. Plus, it really holds the milky batter well. French toast is good on it's own, but at times can be extremely eggy which is why I blend the batter before hand.

My Ingredient List:
Brioche Loaf, each slice quartered into strips

Batter:
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp milk
2 cups vanilla almond milk (or other if preferred)
6 eggs
BLEND All with immersion blender

I always like watching your videos Now I’m hooked on Aldi’s I’ve tried several of your recipes and they’re awesome and I’m going to try the French toast sticks you’re the best I hope you have a great memorial weekend

I had to watch this again 🤣 just realized it's a good way to use up my thick Gluten Free bread, before it goes to waste. Once I open the vacuum seal my bread will only last a couple days. I can't eat it that fast, but I will eat French toast sticks. Yum...

I love your idea of sticks. My whole french toast is always soggy in the middle. I need to buy brioche bread. It looks delicious. Looks like pound cake when you cut it 🤣
