Ingredients:
6 slices of bread
3-5tbsp Nutella/Biscoff spread/peanut butter
2 large eggs
60ml milk
1tsp vanilla
Butter, for frying
3tbsp granulated sugar
1tsp cinnamon

1) Cut the crusts off the slices of bread (optional).

2) Spread the Nutella/Biscoff spread/peanut butter over 3 pieces of your bread.

3) Place the other three pieces on top to make a sandwich.

4) Slice each sandwich into thirds.

5) Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla in a large bowl until combined.

6) Dip the batons in the mix.

7) Melt some butter in a frying pan on a low heat.

8) Toast the batons on each side, until they look golden.

9) In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

10) Coat the batons in the cinnamon sugar.

11) Enjoy!
