Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
Chocolate spread
Mini marshmallows
2 large eggs
60ml milk
1tsp vanilla
Butter for toasting
3tbsp granulated sugar
1tsp cinnamon

1) Cut the crusts off the bread slices.

2) Spread 4tbsp chocolate spread over two of the slices.

3) Add around 21 mini marshmallows to one of the chocolate spread slices, with a row on the left, middle, and right side of the slice, and repeat with the other slice.

4) Place the other slices on top to make 2 sandwiches, then cut the sandwiches into 3 batons each.

5) Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla until combined.

6) Dunk the batons in the mix, dripping off any excess.

7) Melt some butter in a pan on a medium heat and toast the batons on both sides until golden brown.

8) In a small bowl mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

9) Coat the batons in the mix.

10) Enjoy!

yum, yum, and double yum, now I know what I shall use that turquoise enamel saute pan for, that I found in a charity shop years ago, a great treat at my caravan 😊❤
