this case proves "pretty privilege" is real and can be toxic

Because this happened in America and the judicial system is efficient, he was sentenced for 24 years in jail . If it was india I feel like even after 24 years the case might be running in the court 🗿

LMFAO it's so funny how people didn't even care about the mother and the daughter whose lives were taken away just because of his reckless driving, and they didn't even expect him to get punished just because he has good looks. People who tried to defend him are crazy.

"but he's so cute
Well so was the baby!

"But he's so young 😢
Well so were the victims?!

"He didn't mean to kill them😢
He was given 4 warnings, speeding isn't an accident...it's a choice

"24 YEARS IS TOO MUCH" 😔
He snatched 40+ and 70+ years from the mother and daughter

"He doesn't deserve this"
The father of the family didn't deserve this either

They say losing spouse is the biggest grief anyone can feel in their life. This man lost his daughter too, it’s such a shame to witness this society

3 days ago my father got into an accident and that too because of some random guy who wasn't following basic traffic rules. Now because of his mistake me and my family are suffering. My father is fine his right leg has 4 fractures in total he was saved from any head injury cuz of his helmet. So whoever reads this comment please remember, when you drive on road be safe. Follow all the safety measures and traffic rules too. Your small mistake can put your as well as others' lives in danger.

And about the video, I like the way you described every aspect of the case.

Edit: my father is in good condition now he can walk (not completely healed) but thank you for your concern 💟

Those people who think 24 years of jail is just too much for a teenager who killed 2 innocent lives, those people will only understand this if something like this happens to their loved once.

Look at the comment under his post -
" Imagine what his parents are going through right now "..
WHY CAN'T PEOPLE SEE THE PAIN OF THAT FATHER WHO LOST HIS

I cant imagine what David must be going through, he lost his everything, imagine losing your wife and extremely young daughter and people defending their killer because he is " too pretty " .

this obsession even with serial killers like Ted Bundy is just so disgusting. like making fancams, edits, full on websites??? it's pretty privilege on a whole another level. and oh my god you are so right!! we should always, ALWAYS focus on the victims, they are the ones who lost their entire lives!! Jessica and her baby had a bright future ahead of them and they didn't deserve that getting stolen from them.

11:03 David appealed for 30 years & the fans think that he's being harsh. Do they even know that eliminating someone's life cost “DEATH SENTENCE”??

I'm a criminal lawyer (prosecution most of the time) and I remember (it's an anomaly in my brain that I can't forget anything due to a car accident when I was 10) the Code of Hammurabi: an eye for an eye, a life for a life. Extreme punishments are sometimes the only resort for entitled people.

I just want to let those "fans" know that imagine him running over your family and then think about his looks. NO ONE DESERVES TO LOSE THEIR LOVED ONES IN SUCH RECKLESS ACCIDENTS. PLEASE JUST PLEASE DRIVE SAFELY

Glorifying killers just because they are good looking is just way more sinistical than the crime itself. The same happened with Lindsay Ann Hawker's case where Tatsuya Ichihashi was seen as some hero or protagonist who was just trying to escape police. The thing that disturbs me more is that he even wrote a book on himself and it became one of the best selling books of the year. Such a shame on people who think David, here, was so called "harsh" on Cameron, like c'mon he lost his loving wife and daughter of mere months, his whole life took a drastic turn, he lost every precious thing he had in his life. Just shame on those people!

India should learn from this case....wahan ek accident k liye 24 saal ki jail mil gyi aur India me rapist, murderes khule aam ghumte hai. Don't need tht type of democracy 🙏🙏🙏🙏
