Big Surprise At The Hillside | The Coin Spill Continues...

This was (technically) one of my best hunts. Fluent metal detecting from beginning to the end. My goal was to reach the previous spot from the bottom of the hill and finish the job. I expected a few more coins in the upper and left section, which turned out to be the case. I was able to find and recover 24 US coins with a silver dime from 1964 (on edge) as a highlight.

The way up was exciting too. I found a small axe. It could be a very old, socketed axe (maybe from the Bronze Age, which would mean 3000 years of history).

I also almost lost an eye. A tiny branch hit my open eye at full swing, when I was busy extracting a coin from a small, second spill. Fortunately nothing happened.

I have a theory, by the look of the rubble your digging on an old dump and it's just possible all those coin's came out of some buildings that Americans were stationed in, when they demolished them, and that's how there there.You have worked so hard for those coin's.The eagle certainly was showing you right enough, it's cousin the bald 🦅 on those coin's. Great videos as usual.
