How to add a user for remote acess to the MySQL SQL Server.

I have always found the user accounts on the open source database MySQL a bit confusing. This is my attempt to clear up the confusion.

This is a short walk-through of how to set up a user to connect from a remote location.

This video does not cover security pre-cautions that should be taken alongside setting up a remote user. Make sure you follow good security practices.
