I purchased 'Fallout 4: GOTY Edition' about 2 months ago, maybe less.
I do not like this genre of game, but my streaming co-host told me to stream the game, so I am.
I have no idea this could be built on this small plot of land. I just have 16 beds in a high of the ground floor / roof open cabin with flights of stairs. I am only just level 09 but you have shown me what can be done.

It's important that settlements look lived in, and you got just the right amount of clutter, my pc is over 10 years old so I doubt it would load even a 3rd of this layout.
