Why did he change grips? Isnt both grips useful in their own ways. Like the lower grip focuses more on ur lats and teres major right?

I don't know but it still puts a lot of pressure on my chest and I get dizzy too. I tried putting my chest above and bracing, still it hurts. I like the barbell row more.

How do you breathe like this and loft without passing out? If you inhale all your breath then pull isnt that dangerous?

I thought when you brace your belly should expand outwards. If your chest expands upwards i read this was incorrect

it's not wrong to use both grips, the 45 degree is just for another back muscle area than with the straight grip...it's a vid i've watched but i can't see any knowledge about t-bar row
