In this video I share practise questions for the Civil Service Working Together behaviour. We will go through a strength question and a competency style interview question. I will also walk through a situational question as this is the trickiest Success Profile question.

Great videos Jack. I've always had problems with "how would you influence others and did you learn from the situation". Picked up lots of nuggets from these videos. Going for a few civil service roles at the moment. The situational judgement tests can be tricky
