Today I'll tell you about Critical Path Method (CPM) in details. This is the 2nd video on Critical Path Method,I'll upload more videos on CPM.

1. Definition of Predecessor Activity and Event and their representation
2. How to calculate Earliest Start Time(EST) and Earliest Finish Time(EFT).
3. How to calculate Latest Start Time(LST) and Latest Finish Time(LFT).
4. How to calculate Total Float(TF)
5. How to find the critical path

Hi Sujoy did not understand the 1to 4 & 1-2 in the LST & LFT. Because you are saying that value of 4 is 21 so I have to deduct from 21 the duration to arrive a LST which is 21-3=18. Also in the case of 1-2 value of 2 is 13 and the equation is 13-1=12. First of all the I did not understand the Short Cut logic for 1- 4 & 1-2. As I am going backward I am mentioning 1-4 first and then 1-2. Thanks

If critical path contains DUMMY activity then what we write in our final answer??

there is no video regarding calculation of free, independent and interfering float a bit disappointed rest was good.. i liked the videos
