It reminds drivers that speeding makes them a hazard to other road users, that a crash can happen at any point in time and when least expected, regardless of how skilled they think they are.

The key target audience of this campaign are metro based males between the ages of 20 and 60 years, as they are the most represented in speed-related crash statistics.
