🔻Protein Fluff Recipe🔻
Base Ingredients🍴
🔹1 scoop CASEIN protein
🔹200g Greek yogurt
🔹xanthan/guar gum (approx 1-1.5 tsp total)
🔹water or other liquid as needed
🔹flavorings of choice (unsweetened cocoa powder, sweeteners, stevia, syrups, ect.)
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Process🍴
1 add ingredients in very large mixing bowl (the colder the ingredients the better it fluffs)
2 add a little water or other liquid
3 using an electric hand or stand mixer, whisk until it becomes thick
4 slowly add water or liquid. Continue this process until you reach a consistency and volume you are happy with. (Can take 5-10min depending on your mixer)
5 pour into a large bowl and eat right away or store in the fridge/freezer for a few hours until you're ready to eat.
6 Eat by itself for a very filling low calorie/high protein meal or top/mix in whatever fits into your current diet protocol! (I usually mix in cereal and other sweet treats)
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Tips❗
🔸you can use just xanthan or guar gum alone but I prefer to use both for a better fluff and texture
🔸this recipe can make a LOT of volume so I recommend adding flavoring of some kind. The more volume you make, the more diluted the flavor will be
🔸you can add whey if you like, but the fluff will NOT work with whey alone, you must use casein protein. But I often add Legion WHEY+ to add additional protein and get a thicker fluff
🔸the more liquid you add, and more xanthan/guar gum you use the more volume you get and the more diluted it will be so keep this in mind when adding your flavorings
🔸water can be replaced with almond milk or other liquid or blended frozen ingredients. (I personally like to use a mix of blended crushed ice, frozen berries, water, and almond milk. The blended ice and berries make the fluff colder and the berries add a lot of flavor)

This is without a doubt one of the best protein fluff guides out there. Yes, it's long af, but the more I go back to watching this guide from time to time the more I realize this got his fluff art making down a fucking science. It might seem like a tedious process at first and you may just wanna dump and blend everything, which is perfectly fine. But to really master this devious fluff art, once you start really experimenting, you'll realize there's virtually a reason for every single thing he does, as tedious as it may seem. I haven't watched any of his other videos but he's got my sub just for this.
I'd like to make a written long ass recipe for this which will include all the essentials and optional suggestions, probably gonna end up a wall of text, but hopefully it may make the process a bit easier for anyone else. Also, I've got a few questions for the protein fluff master himself which I'll save for later.

Definitely gonna try this looks damn good especially with mixing cereal in too. I feel you on the large apatite capacity I swear I can get 3000+ in one meal 😂

Don't have a mixer or a big enough freezer for the yogurt but man, I would love to try this sometime!

pt - did you find a better Casein Protein to use?

I made it man. Your right about it making soooo much. I ate a quarter of the bowl. And threw the rest away. I couldn’t finish it! Haha. How much sugar free syrup do you use.

Awesome video. I wouldn’t be able to mix the fluff and eat it right away...do you have any experience with how it holds up for 3 or more hours in the fridge?
Also could this be done by solely using a high capacity blender?

Funny because I find that my Whey protein fluffs up much better than my Casein protein...?? 🤔

Maybe it's just the Gold Standard brand that does this?
