How I Make Belarusian Marshmallow / Zefir

Zefir is my all-time favourite sweet. It comes in all flavours and apple flavour is the classic one, but it may seem surprising that many people have never seen or tried it before.
There is a certain difference between home-made zefir and the one you find on the supermarket shelves here. Nevertheless, I love both of the variants.

Looks very good! In France I think the closest we have to zefir is “guimauve”, which is delicious as well.

I even sent this to my mom and best friend cuz this is a good example. I think we can all figure this one out, my friend worked in a Danish bakery for a while. These Zefir and the Vanilla hearts from Scandinavia and Thai Bahn In New years Mung bean cakes are my favorite baked treats on the planet. I wont start my list of fruit though.. I don’t like northern foods so much over Asian and Mediterranean but the treats are oh so yum. 💚💚💚💚💚💚 Again, you are awesome.
