I have moved the hard drive to another computer. MBR may be corrupted. Since, we moved I cannot find my hard drive diagnostics CD to do an MBR repair. Have any ideas?

This happened on an optiplex 780, how ever it isn't with just one drive but two. But the computer would shut down here and there, it wasn't a power problem, obviously. So it could only be, a main system board problem.
