R.L. Givens A-6 mandolins are fairly rare, with probably fewer than 200 produced in Bob Givens' 50 year run of mandolin making. Finding a 1991 R.L. Givens A-6 mandolin in excellent condition like this one, is getting rarer. These mandolins are respected for all the right reasons: designed by one of the most prolific mandolin makers in history; made with top materials; voiced exquisitely. We feel it is hard to find an A mandolin of any maker that will beat Givens A-6's.
