Does that mean that someone could sue a hotel owner, landlord, or the owner of a storage room in whatever business for getting an STD while getting busy in their establishment? I cannot believe that this stupid lawsuit made it this far. He and she chose to do what they did regardless of WHERE they did it. The WHERE did not matter.
