Great video. And I agree, always give them a second go round. First time at one them was an awful experience, the bread came to table raw inside, our server told us "oh that's too bad", never replaced it. A few months later we needed dessert and so we tried them again, and we had the most amazing experience. We go there often for dinner now, especially for a romantic style dinner. Food is always amazing and the service is top notch!

For lunch check out Capone's off 4th Street and Roosevelt. They have some of the best pizza around.

My father owned a lodge in the mountains for many years and I worked there a lot!! What I learned about tips is that they are TIPS are a matter between the customer and the waiter. If the service is good they should be tipped accordingly. If the service is garbage they get the appropriate penny. Btw I want to point out that the cooks are just as responsible for the tip of the waitress.
