How can you say Guarantee on the visa stamping when you are not the visa officer who only has the authority to issue the visa. It is illegal to promise a visa to a country. Being a visa consultant, one can prepare the application but promising visa is illegal to do. Thank you

I am trying to reschedule my visa appointment slot (it says I can do it one more time only), but whenever I choose the VAC (chennai, hyderabad etc), it says "An Error has occurred!" on a pop-up window, and it does not let me proceed. Anyone else facing the same issue?

New portal is not working properly for most of us. Appointment confirmation option not displayed. Also cannot reschedule appointments. Customer care is unaware of this also no update about these issues.

Unable to make payment and the cash slip does not have CGI reference. Axis bank needs CGI reference which new cash slip does not have

I do not have the reschedule appointment or even appointment confirmation tabs. I can see the appointment scheduled dates on the portal but I dont have any such tabs on the left hand side. what should I do? please suggest.

So a question for you. My fiancé is in the Philippines and she already has her interview appointment scheduled and paid for, but now the usdocs site has chanced to this and can now no longer log in.

The question is this: All she has to do is re-register on this updated site with all of her info and her scheduled appointment and showing visa as paid should all come up?
