Delicious and Easy Stir Fry Vegetables Recipe
Welcome back to Let’s Cook & Stir Stories! In today’s video, we’re making a quick and flavourful stir-fry vegetable dish that’s perfect for using up leftovers. This vibrant mix of vegetables is packed with nutrients and tastes amazing!
Ingredients:
3-4 tablespoons oil (e.g., vegetable or olive oil)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped (whites and greens as main vegetable and greens for garnish)
1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup beans
Tofu 1/2 cup
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon red chili sauce
1 teaspoon green chili sauce
Method:
Prepare the Vegetables: Start by chopping all your vegetables into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
Heat the Oil: In a hot wok or pan, add 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Add the Vegetables: Toss in the vegetables. Add bell peppers later on. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Add the tofu pieces.
Season and Add Sauces: Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Then, create a space in the middle of the wok and add the sauce mix. Mix well to combine all the flavours.
Finish with Spring Onions: Add the chopped spring onion greens and give everything a final toss. Squeeze in half a lime.
Serve: Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or over rice or noodles for a complete meal!
