This was my first 250F. Truly a great machine, thanks for bringing back those memories. Definitely ahead of it's time. It made a great woods bike. I actually prefer it over my later 2015 YZ250F as a woods bike, this thing made great torque and had super smooth power unlike the FI on the 2015 which was a handful with the snatchy on/off throttle.

This was my first 250f when I was 15 years old and I can confirm it was a rocket ship. The only reason I sold it was because I bought a 1999 XR400R to ride trails with my dad. 15 years later I still have the XR.

Very nice looking MX Dirtbike, for being a 4 stroke. Lol....I've been a lifetime lover of Yamaha's. They make incredibly reliable bikes. ❤

Ken, I need some help. Looking for a 1970's Kawasaki 100cc trail bike. All I remember is metal fenders and a yellowish/gold tank. 5 speed gearbox all up.
