Better off to buy slightly oversized windows from Home Depot and make the framing adjustments.
I found them cheaper in price, better quality, and NO SHIPPING FEE'S!

Almost all of my Kinro Windows failed within 10 years and must me replaced. They come with only a 5 year warranty. Would you want to have to replace your windows every 5 to 10 years? They are only temporary.

Maybe a stupid question but are Kinro window panes glass? My mobile home currently has cheap plexi ones. Thank you to anyone that replies.

The tilt out latches break the gas filled double pane glass leak after about 20 years.

Run screaming from Kinro anything. They came with our Fleetwood modular home and had failed before we bought this place 20 years ago (that was ten years, window age). Fast forward 20 more years (30 years on windows now). Over time they have all lost their seals, but that's not the bad part. You'd better keep up with your weight training. I'm a lady, but I farm? So I'm not exactly a weakling, and there are windows I cannot get open to save my life. Which is the problem--they double as the home's fire escapes. Other windows are guillotines and a risk for serious hand injury, the sash will simply crash to the bottom if not propped up by a sturdy piece of lumber. Not one of the 14 windows in this home except the kitchen/bathroom ones can normally open, close or lock. Oh and I almost forgot...these windows channel water into the window frame on rainy days. However I don't know enough about the subject to say if this is a flaw on Kinro's part, Fleetwood or both. So the texturing around all the windows is ruined. Plenty of windows have permanent towels to catch the drips, and of course dry rot has developed on the exterior as well.
I'm about to have them replaced with Milgard windows and will simultaneously fix the rain damaged trim/siding issues. The materials cost wasn't bad, most of what I'll be paying for is the labor but I want it done right and quickly. To have something that won't fail within a few years? Priceless. It's a total shame that there isn't an option to pay more to have mod. homes installed with quality components instead of the cheapest of the cheap.

Bought some single pane storm windows ( KSW4654 ). Worst decision of my life! first shipment of them the glass was broken. took 3 months to get replacemnts ( I know, Covid-19 nonsense...) when installing the new ones, one of the panels broke again! 1/8" thick glass in this size is dangerous. I am in process of having 3/16" TEMPERED glass replacemnt panels made. Caveat Emptor- Buyer beware!
