Another great video I have never done dirt bike photography. If I ever do thank you for the tips. I was watching your shutter speeds with interest as that is the most important in getting a good photograph.

Great vid as usual! I was actually doing some panning on motorcycles and cyclists while out shooting street photography over the weekend. The key really is matching the subject speed and being smooth with your movements. Great tip video!

From your deep experience with those panning shots with Pentax, Lee, do you keep the Shake Reduction on, or would you advise disabling it? My tendency would be to keep it on, although, unlike the K-3 III, my original K-3 doesn't have an SR mode optimised for panning. What do you do on your K-3, K-3 II, and K-70 in that regard?
