In a small bowl, mix a half cup of warm water plus two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar, and about six drops of liquid dish soap. Gnats will be lured in by the sugary mixture, but once they dip in for a drink, the sticky dish soap will trap them.

Might want to add an actual gnat trap in your tub as well..

Everyone complain about bugs, but mushrooms used to be harvested from barley fed cow shit in my pops day. I thought mushrooms enlighten us. Remind us we are a part of the whole. Eat the damn gnat, enjoy your protein, and you’ll forget come trippy time 🤷🏽‍♂️ we are so separate from nature these days it’s insane 😂 foragers who found these mushrooms were not half as worried about what had crawled on them, and some of them are the reason we have such an easy time obtaining spore kits. Humble yourselfs. In the flesh we are animals first and foremost. Let’s not forget who we are just to because all we know is the illusion of society
