There might actually be a way to defeat the baby in the future, so we know the three stories, the cat, the sheep, and the rabbit, the sheep resembles a lot the ending where you just do everything the baby says until the baby gets total control, the rabbit is very commonly associated with the escape ending, but the cat still doesn’t have an ending associated with it, and we know there’s this black cat dlc thing coming, and based off the story it seems that the cat realizes how dangerous and evil the baby is, so obviously it would want to get rid of the baby, it just makes sense
