Flying direct from Dubai to the USA? We’ve introduced 2 new services to minimise inconvenience to passengers affected by new US regulations for carrying devices on board. This video shows some of the 6500 passengers who used our facility last week enabling them to use their laptops and tablets right up until boarding. Beginning today, Business and First Class passengers will also have access to loan tablets during their flights.

My wife and I traveled by Emirates to Houston from Bangalore a few days ago. At Dubai we handed over our expensive camera to the Emirates staff who packed it neatly and put it in a cardboard box, sealed it and issued us a receipt for it. On reaching Houston we found their staff waiting with all cardboard boxes for passengers in the baggage claim hall. Our camera was delivered to us and the whole operation took only a few minutes. We are grateful to Emirates for this wonderful and thoughtful service to the passengers. We appreciate their concern and help.

Needless to say that after this experience we shall always travel by Emirates to the United States.
