Notion tables are dynamic databases that can be customized down to your every wish. They provide an efficient format to store and organize information, as well as filter, sort, or group it according to your needs. This video will show you how to use and get the most out of table views.

Okay but the issue I have is that if I want to make multiple tables with an overarching theme, the tables duplicate the same information regardless of which one you're typing into which messes up all the tables. How do I fix that? For example, I want to make a to do list with categories and their statuses. If I have an appointments category, it shouldn't bleed into the errands category.

Almost none of the visual instruction is valid today, only a year later. There is no New Page button. If I find New Page elsewhere, there is no Add New section with Table (or anything else) in it, and if I type / and choose Table, there are no data source prompts, or new database prompts of any kind. Is there an updated version of this video somewhere?

Hi. On mobile devices(Android/IOS) notion can show only 19 colum in a table. On web browther it shows all. Any idea why?

Have several databases (by category) each with a total row at the bottom. All are on one page, and need to combine them into one database, but still display each of the subtotals. Or show the subtotal for each category.
It is not clear how that is done.

Hi, thanks for the video!

I have a question:

I need to sort a table in Notion by Name. The names of the items are actually addresses. I need it to look:

1 Avenue
11 Street
114 Avenue
1178 Street
23 Avenue
239 Street
31 Avenue
3156 Street... and so forth

...instead of the actual numerical "natural" order that the regular "Sort" function in Notion provides by default:

1 Avenue
11 Street
23 Avenue
31 Avenue
114 Avenue
239 Street
1178 Street
3156 Street

My question is: CAN IT BE DONE? If so, how?

Thank you! 😁

Why is the next tab duplicating the entries of the previous table?

To be honest man, I am tired of notion table and calendar view, these tools don't even make sense, the calendar view only shows the current month, it doesn't show whole year on a single page, another thing it, we cannot adjust the size of calendar cells, these tools are useless
