And may Allah have mercy on Imam Ibn Al-Qayyiem when he said in his Poem “Noneat Ibn Al-Qayyiem”:-

والرب فوق العرش والكرسي لا ... يخفى عليه خواطر الإنسان

لا تحصروه في مكان إذ تقو ... لوا ربنا حقا بكل مكان

نزهتموه بجهلكم عن عرشه ... وحصرتموه في مكان ثان

لا تعدموه بقولكم لا داخل ... فينا ولا هو خارج الأكوان

Translation:-

Allah is above his Kursy and his throne ... this is not absent of Human awareness!

Don’t limit him in this place and say ... he is in all places!

You have claimed ignorantly that you honoured him by rejecting him on his throne … then you limit him in another place!

Don’t make him Nothingness by saying he is not inside us … neither he is out of the universes!

Very important point about how the aloofness and abstraction of the Ashari God (conception of) creates a vacuum; a vacuum which the ignorant then fill by deifying His Slaves and worshipping them through istighatha.
