My prediction. Its going to be Big Mom, she will take the remaining soul power of Kaido and head for Law first who is headed towards Elbaf. (Remember, Kaido owed big Mom for something at Gods Valley, it couldn't just be luck they both ended up together in the volcano)
Theres still more unknown variables like the Prince of Elbaf Loki, and all the Giants of the Cross Guild leaving at once which can't be a coincidence.

Luffy will however first end up at Sphinx for his next arc where he will make peace at Aces and Whitebeards grave (Maybe we get Weevil vs Luffy).

Once Luffy is at Elbaf though its going to be his greatest 1v1, and he could finally fulfill his promise to Katakuri to beat big mom.
It would be Luffys first proper 1v1 too since Kaido wasn't a true 1v1.

i think having the straw hats fight the elbaf giants could result in a super cool usopp dynamic where he realizes his idols aren’t who he thought they were and results in a much more confident and formidable usopp entering the end game of one piece

But why would they fight? The Giants would serve Luffy like he was a god after what happened to Big Mom, the giants worst enemy. A friendly spar maybe but not an actual battle. Also, didn’t the giants from Enies Lobby head to Elbaf? They know about how great the strawhats are and how they found the captains of the giant pirates which would only boost the strawhats status as gods. This would also make it so Usopp would realize that he has been a great warrior of the sea for a while now and accomplish his dream.
