Had my first mammogram at 51 . They found a mass. Had biopsy. Came back benign. But there was some pulling on the mass so Had surgery almost 2 wks ago. No malignancies found! Thank you God.. Ladies, please do not put off your mammograms.

Im watching this because tomorrow morning I’m having my first mammogram. I’m 41. No breast cancer in my family, and I’m not having a mammogram for any particular reason, just that I finally just got insurance after not having any for 14 years and now getting a full check up on the important lady stuff.

Getting my first one tomorrow at age 31. My mom was diagnosed at 36 going on 37 back in 1993. She was in remission up until 2006, had a double mastectomy, and the cancer grew back over the implants. She was on chemo therapy until her body became immune to it and it stopped working. She passed away at age 58 in 2013. I was 21 at the time of her passing.

Had a mammogram and a mass was found. It couldn't be felt by anyone. Bottom line I have breast cancer, it's TRIPLE NEGATIVE, the worst kind to have the most aggressive, fastest growing and hardest to treat. I'm in the middle of chemo right now, my double mastectomy is in late September. If you feel anything, anything at all go get a mammogram. My only symptom was itching I'm my left breast. I'm incredibly lucky that I'm stage 2.

Looks so painful my 2 friends did it. My one friend said she felt like passing out and vomiting they had to pays at time. It’s great technology I hope they find more greater technology less painful!

I am 39. I have dense breast tissue and a low threshold for pain. I just had my first mammogram with my period on and it was not painful. Awkward & uncomfortable positioning yes but not painful.

im 22 but these past few months i feel as though my breast have been changing physically and i feel like im imagining a lump on my right breast but i am not sure if its bc of my weight gain or its really a lump, but i dont feel it on my left one 😟 i feel like i might get turned down for wanting to get a mammogram at such an early age...

Had mine done two days ago, this time it wasn't that painful because the technician didn't press the plate down so hard

I went for my routine check up and Dr suggested me for a mammogram just for "safety". Dude I'm 16!
