Francis B was not the worst cook. He did create some exceptional dishes. He just struggled to cook outside his comfort zone.

I think a lot of these people lose sight of the fact that it’s a competition. In a competition you don’t have to be the most hip, up to date, technical cook around. You just gotta make solid dishes in the early rounds and save your best for later rounds. These people all wanna knock it out of the park on every try. Lol.

Alvin may not have been a “good cook” but he was far from the worst, he was such a nice and loveable person through his personality

To be fair, I think Krissi kept getting worse as she lost her friends in the competition, so I am not fully inclined to believe that Sasha, her and Kathy would bring more drama.

Forgot which season he was in, but there was a guy named Mark who was delusional about his abilities and kept making sports analogies ad nauseam. I'm deeply surprised he didn't make it on the list.

Out of all of these, Tali is definitely the worst. It's almost like the Dunning-Kruger effect with him...he doesn't know enough to know how lacking his skills are. Not sure if it's relative inexperience or self-delusion that's the cause of it, though.

Molecular gastronomy is the epitome of "You must learn to walk before you can run."

It's absolutely worthless if you dont have the basics of cooking and flavor locked down first.

Tommy is far and beyond my favorite contestant from season 6. It was gut-wrenching watching his downward spiral in the all-star season. It was especially worse knowing how many other contestants from past seasons I would've loved to see on the show as well, but they weren't there partly because of Tommy.

Francis B was good tho! He did bad in ONE challenge, where he got eliminated. But before that, he was consistently doing so well. He got eliminated way too early for his skills. He was far from the worst. In fact, I think he's one of the best. The person who got way too far that season was CUTTER. He was like the Tali of that season. Bad attitude, no skills.

One thing I hate… anyone who can’t cook add a copious amount of cheese, sauce and salt to their dishes.

I felt bad for Avis in the first season. She’s a good home cook, but man once finesse got involved, it def not her forte.

Arctic Char is like an easier version of salmons. They're not only easy, but they're also farm raised. I also learned from Epicurious about arctic chars are best alternatives.

wtf? Tommy was amazing and funny. He is NOWHERE NEAR the worst chef that season.
